These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TickerFroggy, including the mobile application, backend services, subscription features, signal-based mood summaries, AI-generated text, and related functionality.

By using TickerFroggy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Description Of The Service

TickerFroggy is a market data summary application for selected stocks, cryptocurrencies, and currency pairs. The service provides simplified, signal-based mood summaries based on internal scoring, market data, and AI-generated explanatory text.

TickerFroggy is intended for general informational and entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in your country or region, whichever is higher, to use TickerFroggy. If you are below that required age, you are not permitted to use the service and must stop using it.

If you have reached the required age, you must not allow anyone below that age to use TickerFroggy through your device, account, subscription, or other access to the service.

2. Not Financial Advice

TickerFroggy does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or professional advice.

TickerFroggy does not provide buy, sell, hold, or trading recommendations. TickerFroggy does not consider your personal financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, investment knowledge, tax position, portfolio, or individual needs.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.

3. No Trading, Brokerage, Or Custody Services

TickerFroggy is not a brokerage, exchange, investment adviser, bank, lender, payment service, wallet provider, insurance provider, portfolio manager, or custodian.

The app does not allow users to trade, buy, sell, hold, transfer, store, borrow, lend, stake, or manage financial assets.

4. Supported Assets And Market Data

TickerFroggy only supports selected assets. Supported assets may change at any time.

Market data, prices, indicators, scoring logic, weights, update frequency, AI summaries, and feature availability may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

5. Algorithmic Mood Scores

TickerFroggy mood scores are generated automatically using internal scoring logic, weighted signals, and market-related data from third-party and publicly available sources. Current data inputs may include price movement, historical trend, fundamentals, news tone, volatility, event risk, and other market signals.

The current stock model mainly weighs trend, fundamentals, news tone, external market views, risk, and event risk. The current crypto model weighs trend, liquidity/adoption, news, external market views, volatility/risk, event risk, and broader crypto market conditions. The current forex model mainly weighs direction/trend, then macro or news tone, external market views, risk, and event risk.

Current approximate signal weights are: stocks 35% trend, 25% fundamentals, 12% news tone, 8% external market views, 10% risk, and 10% event risk; crypto 30% trend, 20% liquidity/adoption, 15% news tone, 10% external market views, 15% risk, and 10% event risk; forex 62% direction/trend, 2% fundamentals/macro, 16% news or macro tone, 5% external market views, 12% risk, and 3% event risk.

Mood scores are generally shown on a 0 to 100 scale and mapped to Happy, Unsure, or Sad. Happy usually starts around 67, and Sad usually starts around 50 or below. Internal guardrails can still make the mood more cautious when signals conflict, price looks stretched, the broad crypto market is weak, or forex direction is not clear enough.

TickerFroggy currently uses market data providers such as Financial Modeling Prep (FMP).

No individual asset mood result is manually selected by Similj, TickerFroggy, or its operator based on personal opinion about that asset. The final mood result is produced by the scoring system and may be affected by data availability, data quality, delays, provider errors, model changes, and internal guardrails.

Financial Modeling Prep and other third-party providers do not approve, endorse, control, or create TickerFroggy mood results. TickerFroggy controls its own scoring logic, weights, mood labels, supported assets, and presentation.

AI-generated text may be used to explain the resulting mood in plain language. AI-generated explanations do not provide buy, sell, hold, trading, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some text in TickerFroggy may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unclear, or inappropriate.

Users may report AI-generated explanations through the app or contact form. Reports may be used to review and improve the service.

7. Subscriptions And Payments

TickerFroggy Plus may provide access to additional features, including more frequent mood updates, Top Moods, and larger My Pond limits.

Subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, cancelled, and managed through Google Play. Google Play's applicable payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription terms apply.

Where permitted by Google Play tools, Google Play policies, and applicable law, TickerFroggy may cancel, revoke access to, or refund a Google Play subscription, including when needed for security, abuse prevention, fraud, or serious Terms violations. A cancellation may stop future renewals while access may continue until the current billing period ends; a revocation or refund-and-revoke action may end subscription access sooner.

TickerFroggy does not process or store payment card details.

8. TickerFroggy Plus Feature Level

While your TickerFroggy Plus subscription is active and in good standing, TickerFroggy will not intentionally reduce the core Plus benefits below the level offered when you subscribed. Core Plus benefits currently include Top Moods, a larger My Pond limit, and ticker mood updates scheduled 5 times per day under normal operation.

TickerFroggy may improve Plus over time, including by adding features, increasing My Pond limits, adding more supported assets, or increasing update frequency, without reducing the core Plus level during your active subscription period.

Update timing is not guaranteed to occur at exact times. Updates may be delayed, skipped, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, app updates, outages, third-party data provider issues, Google Play issues, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or other operational problems outside normal control.

Supported stocks, cryptocurrencies, currency pairs, data sources, scoring logic, weights, AI summaries, and algorithms may change over time. The number or mix of supported assets may go up or down, and no specific asset is guaranteed to remain supported.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to use TickerFroggy lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass subscription checks, scrape or overload the API, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service in a way that harms TickerFroggy, other users, or third-party providers.

We may suspend or restrict access to the service if we believe these Terms have been violated. If an access restriction affects an active Google Play subscription, TickerFroggy may use available Google Play processes to cancel, revoke access to, or refund the subscription where permitted by Google Play policies and applicable law. Serious misuse, unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, or attempts to compromise the service may result in legal action where permitted by law.

10. Availability And Changes

Except for the core Plus feature level described above, TickerFroggy may be updated, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continued availability of any feature, asset, indicator, score, or summary.

11. Geographic Availability

TickerFroggy is not offered in every country or region. Availability may vary based on Google Play country availability, payment support, legal requirements, sanctions, export controls, platform restrictions, and operational decisions.

TickerFroggy is currently not offered in Russia, Belarus, or Myanmar. You must not access or use the service from a country or region where the service is not made available or where use would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or platform restrictions.

We may add, remove, restrict, or suspend availability in any country or region at any time.

12. Privacy

Use of TickerFroggy is also subject to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, stored, and used when operating the service.

13. Backend Location And International Processing

The TickerFroggy backend service is hosted in the United States. By using the service, information described in the Privacy Policy may be transmitted to, processed in, and stored on servers located in the United States.

Where required by applicable privacy laws, international transfers are handled using appropriate transfer mechanisms made available by service providers, such as adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and related UK or Swiss extensions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent safeguards.

If you do not want information described in the Privacy Policy to be transmitted to or processed in the United States, you should not use the service. If you already use TickerFroggy, you should cancel any active subscription through Google Play, uninstall the app, and stop using the service.

15. Intellectual Property

TickerFroggy, including the app, service content, design, software, scoring logic, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Similj or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

16. Disclaimer Of Warranties

TickerFroggy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are given regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any financial decision.

17. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerFroggy and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, missed opportunities, financial outcomes, data errors, service interruptions, or decisions made using or relying on the service.

18. Changes To These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the service. Continued use of TickerFroggy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
