Automatic data removal
TickerFroggy does not create user accounts or a personal profile.
- Contact messages, reply email addresses, AI explanation reports, and free-trial identity records are automatically deleted within 90 days. Request identity hashes attached to contact messages and AI reports are removed within 30 days.
- AI explanation reports contain a fixed report reason and market context. They are not linked to a user account and cannot reliably be matched to an individual.
- My Pond, history, settings, and other local app data are removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling TickerFroggy. Subscriptions are managed through the store where they were purchased.
